Welcome to Caitlin G McKeague PLLC (CM Coaching) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, coaching and consulting services, digital products, programs, and content (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

All content provided through our Services—including coaching programs, digital downloads, video trainings, templates, and consulting tools—is intended for educational and informational purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

You may use the Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes and not for resale, distribution, or reproduction unless explicitly authorized.

2. Coaching and Consulting Services

Participation in coaching or consulting does not guarantee results. Outcomes depend on your individual implementation, business environment, and level of effort. By using our Services, you acknowledge that success is not guaranteed and that we are not liable for your results or lack thereof.

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

We do not make any guarantees regarding potential income, leads, client acquisition, or other outcomes from our Services. Any testimonials or case studies provided are not promises of actual results. Your experience may vary based on numerous individual factors.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

A. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

B. Digital Products and Online Programs

All sales of digital products (e.g., templates, courses, downloads) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.

C. Coaching & Consulting Services

Refunds for coaching or consulting packages are not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of your first session by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to administrative fees.

D. Subscription Programs

If enrolled in a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly coaching), you may cancel at any time via your user dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles; no partial refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes; Share or resell your access to paid materials; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content—videos, materials, frameworks, names, logos, and designs—are owned by Caitlin McKeague Coaching or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use arising from your use of our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caitlin G McKeague PLLC. CM Coaching, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of your use or misuse of our Services.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, AZ.
